Music has trasported me through the world in ways that stil amaze me, created friendships that are built to last, and stirs my spirit in ways I simply can/t describe.

Since I was a child, cycling has given me self-powered freedom, and an ability to experience the world in a unique way. I enjoy commuting, leisure, road cycling, and long distance rides. My favorite rides are 60+ miles. I spent years contributing to the AIDS Lifecycle ride, a 545+ mile from San Francisco to Los Angeles in 7 days. I'm still close with many of my team members of Team Smiley.
